We know Snappers like to be kept up to date on their reports. Our timeline feature provides an overview of your report and its status.
There are two ways to access the timeline feature:
When you receive a push notification asking about the status of a report, tap on the notification. It will take you to the timeline of your Snap, where you can see the status of your report including whether it's been viewed, is in progress or Solved.
Alternatively, tap on the History tab, select a report and then tap on the incident type of the report, for example, Dumped Rubbish.
