I'm a Solver. How do I enable Videos in Snaps?

Receiving video files is an additional feature that's easy to set up

Videos in Snaps are available to Solvers on our standard Enterprise Subscription or Enterprise Transformed plans. Not sure what plan you're on or want to talk about upgrading? Reach out to us at customer@snapsendsolve.com

Videos can be turned on for specific incident types by:

  1. Navigating to Incident Types.

  2. Selecting an incident type from the list.

  3. Scrolling down in the General tab and toggling ON the Ask for Video option.

When videos are attached to reports, they will appear in the media section of the Report Details page where you can click to play to watch the video.
