We try to keep Snappers updated on their reports. However, you might prefer to receive information by push notification or emails.
If you’d like to change how you hear from us, you can do so in Notifications. Please note that it’s not possible to opt out of receiving confirmation emails and emails informing you that a report has been reassigned to another organisation.
To change your notification preferences:
Tap on the Account tab in the app
Tap on Notifications
Move the toggles for your preferred preferences
