Updated over 2 months ago

If you see a Snap that contains information that is offensive in nature, has abusive or graphic content, or contains personal information, you can flag it. Flagging a Snap means it will be reviewed by the Snap Send Solve team and removed if assessed as inappropriate.

If you're viewing a Snap in your browser:

  1. Tap the Flag button at the bottom of the screen

  2. Tap on the red Flag Snap button.

  3. An email will open with a templated response. Please add more information on why you believe the Snap is inappropriate. Adding additional information is important to help determine the severity of the flagged Snap

  4. Tap on the Send button

  5. The Snap Send Solve team will review and remove the snap if deemed inappropriate.
