How do I send a report on the web form?

You can easily send a report using your browser instead of the Snap Send Solve app

Updated over a week ago

Our webform can be used on a browser using a desktop or mobile device.

Steps to send a report on our web form:

1. Add photo

You can upload up to five photos on your report.

If you’re using a desktop browser, you can drag and drop a photo into the add photo field.

Alternatively, click on the photo field and upload your photos.

If you’re using photos from your device that has location services enabled, we will present the location on the map in the next step, so you won’t need to manually select the location.

Click Next.

2. Incident location

If you used a photo that has location services enabled (in the previous step), we will automatically present the photo location on the map.

Alternatively, you can enter the address into the search bar above the map or drag and drop the location pin on the map if using a desktop browser.

Click Next.

3. Incident type

Select the incident type for your issue.

Alternatively, type the incident type into the search bar.

4. Incident details

Add additional information to describe your issue to help the Solver get a better understanding of your Snap.

Click Next

5. Your details

Fill in your details to help the Solver know who they should contact if they have an update on your Snap. Please ensure you have correctly entered in your details before pressing Next.

6. Confirm details

Review details on the summary page. Once reviewed, we'll ask you to enter your email address on the Confirm details screen. At this point, your Snap hasn’t been sent.

After entering and submitting your email address, you'll receive a verification link in your inbox.

7. Verify your email address and send

Go to your email inbox and click the Verify and Send button to send your Snap. After you verify your email address, you will be taken to a confirmation page showing that your Snap has been sent with details about the Solver and Snap ID. If you have verified your email address in the previous seven days, you won’t need to verify it again.
