Can I send an anonymous report?

Learn why you can't send Snap Send Solve reports anonymously

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Reports sent on Snap Send Solve aren’t anonymous. Providing accurate contact information ensures reports are resolved effectively and Solvers assigned to your report can follow up with you if necessary.

To create a Snap Send Solve account, we require a name and email address. Some users choose to add additional information such as their phone number, but this is totally optional.

When creating a report you can choose to hide it from public view. Reports that are set to public view may be visible in the Snap feed.

Once you submit a report, it is sent directly to the Solver responsible for fixing the issue.

For further information, please see our Privacy Policy. If you want to change your information, you can update it anytime in the Profile tab in the app.
