Reports sent on Snap Send Solve aren’t anonymous. Providing accurate contact information ensures reports are resolved effectively and Solvers assigned to your report can follow up with you if necessary.
To create a Snap Send Solve account, we require a name and email address. Some users choose to add additional information such as their phone number, but this is totally optional.
Once you submit a report, it is sent directly to the Solver responsible for fixing the issue. We don’t share the information with any third parties or the public.
