How to set up and customise alert screens

Alert Screens

You can add add Alert Screens to an incident type. These are screens that pop up when a specific incident type is selected.

Call screens are designed to be used when it’s preferable the Snapper calls your organisation about a certain incident type because a urgent attention might be required.

Information screens are designed to provide the Snapper with additional information or to manage expectations about the incident they are about to submit.

“Alert” tab options

Alert type

You can select whether you’d like to set up an Info or Call Screen for the incident type.

Info screen

You can then add a Header and Body message for the screen. You’ll see the live preview update as you type.

Call screen

For call screens, you can customise the Body message. You’ll also need to enter the Contact number that will be dialled when Snappers select the Call now button.
