What solvers (Councils & Authorities) receive for free

No subscription is required to receive or act on reports.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Snap Send Solve provides a robust reporting service to local Councils at no cost. Your Council does not need to be a paid subscriber to receive or act on reports.

What is included for free?

Every Snap is delivered to your designated email address with a link to all the data needed to resolve the issue:

  • High-Resolution Photos: Visual evidence for easy assessment.

  • Precise GPS Location: Accurate coordinates and a map location of the incident.

  • Description: Clear context on the incident type (e.g., Potholes, Graffiti).

  • Reporter Contact Details: The Snapper’s name, verified email, and phone number (if supplied) for direct follow-up. Authorities can respond to reporters directly using the contact details provided in every report.

How it works

  • Email Delivery: Reports are sent directly to your central customer service or enquiries inbox.

  • Verify your email address: Follow the report link and verify that your email address belongs to council's domain. For security, email verification refreshes periodically to ensure only authorised council staff can access report details.

  • No Barriers: There are no "paywalls" or subscriptions required. Your team can immediately use this data to create internal work orders.

Why Councils Subscribe

While the data is free, many Enterprise Solvers choose to subscribe for advanced efficiency tools such as direct integration into internal systems, duplicate deflection, incident customisation, additional questions, enhanced data and analytics, and the ability to update Snappers directly within the app.
