We understand that sometimes your email address might change.
If you have a new email address, you'll need to sign up for a new Snap Send Solve account using your updated email address. Unfortunately, we don’t currently support email address changes linked to existing Snap Send Solve accounts.
Your report history will not be available in your new account. However, records of each report are available in confirmation emails sent to your initial email address.
