Help when your report hasn't been addressed

Feedback from our Snappers tells us that most reports submitted on Snap Send Solve get resolved. Many Solvers will keep you in the loop on your reports whether in the form of status updates along the way or letting you know once an issue has been resolved.

On our end, when a report is submitted on Snap Send Solve, it is instantly sent to the relevant Solver. Each Solver has its own process for acknowledging and addressing reports and unfortunately, you may not hear from all Solvers. However, no matter whether they get in touch, Solvers are working hard behind the scenes to ensure your issue is addressed and your community looks great.

If your report is unresolved and you’d like to follow up on its status, we recommend sending a Nudge to the Solver in the app, asking them to get in touch with an update.

You can also contact the Solver directly and quote your Snap Send Solve report number, which can be found in the History tab.
