Once a report has been sent using Snap Send Solve, no further edits can be made.
If you’ve sent a report and you need to change or update it, we recommend that you:
Contact the Solver assigned to your report directly and quote your Snap Send Solve report ID number. You can find your Snap Send Solve report ID number by tapping on the Reports tab in the app or on the confirmation email sent to your email address when you reported.
Alternatively, you can lodge a new report with the updated information and cancel the original report. For more information, see cancelling a report.
