If you have not yet heard from the Solver assigned to your report, you can request a follow up by sending a Nudge. Only one Nudge can be sent per report.
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to update your Snap Send Solve app to version 10.0.0 or above. To update your app, visit the App Store or Google Play.
When can I send a Nudge?
You can send a Nudge if:
your report is active (meaning it can't have previously been closed)
you have sent your report at least 15 days earlier
How do I send a Nudge?
To send a Nudge:
Tap on the History tab
Select the report you want to follow up
Tap on the Close Snap button
Select Close as unsolved
You’ll be presented with two options Send Nudge or Just close it. Tap on Send Nudge.
After you send a Nudge, the report will still be visible in History under the Active tab (with the status showing as Nudged). Your report has not been closed.
