If you use an iPhone or iPad, when you first sign up to Snap Send Solve, you'll be presented with an option to Hide my Email. If this option is selected, a unique, random email address, called a private relay email service, is created to use with our app. If you send a report using an account with a private relay email service, we will pass on your private email to the Solver, but they won’t be able to contact you with questions or updates.
For this reason, you may want to revert to displaying your email address. In order to reset the Hide My Email selection, you'll need to re-sign in with an Apple ID and select to hide or expose your Apple-linked email again.
We have separated this article into two parts:
How to remove (reset) an Apple ID private relay account
