You can send a report anytime with Snap Send Solve.
If you’ve moved away from the location of the issue you want to report, simply select one of the three options to update the incident location:
Type the address into the Search bar above the map.
Drop a pin to the issue location on the map. This option can only used if on a desktop browser.
Upload a photo that has location data. We will use the photo location data attached to your photo and present this on your report.
