How do I create a Squad?
Open the Snap Send Solve app. Tap More > Squads
Tap Create Squad and follow the prompts to set up your Squad’s name and mission.
Tap Create Squad to create your Squad.
After creating your Squad, you’ll receive a unique Squad code in a starter pack email. Share this code to invite others to join. You can also tap the Invite button on the Squad home screen to share an invite link.
How do I invite new members?
Go to the Squad home screen.
Tap the ‘Invite’ button to launch the share sheet
Choose a contact or platform to share your Squad invite
Anyone who receives this link can tap on it. If they have the Snap Send Solve app downloaded, they will be directed to the app to join your Squad after tapping the invite link.
How can I find my Squad code?
Your Squad code is the passcode that you and other Snappers need to enter to sign into a Squad. Each Squad has a unique code. Here’s how you can find your Squad code:
In the App:
Once signed into your Squad, tap General.
Tap the code to copy it to your clipboard.
Starter Pack Email:
Squad creators will receive their unique Squad code in a starter pack email sent to their Snapper email address right after they create their Squad. It’s important for Squad leaders to save this code in a memorable place. If all members, including the creator, sign out of the Squad, the code will no longer be available in the app.
If the creator loses the code, they can contact Snap Send Solve for support to retrieve it.
Keeping your Squad code secure ensures you can always access and manage your Squad effectively.
