Snapping in Squads

How Snapping issues in squads works and who can see your Snaps

Updated over a week ago

Can I Snap with Multiple Squads?

Yes, you can Snap with multiple Squads, but you can only be signed into one Squad at a time. Your Snaps will be added to the Squad you're currently signed into.

Here’s how it works:

  • Switching Squads: To switch between Squads, Tap General > Sign out.

  • Joining Another Squad: After signing out, you can join another Squad by entering its unique code or tapping an invite link you’ve received.

  • Flexible Access: You can sign in and out of Squads at any time, allowing you to participate in multiple Squads as needed.

This flexibility lets you engage with different groups while ensuring you’re only active in one Squad at a time.

How do I link my Snap with my Squad?

Every time you Snap, you can choose to add that Snap to your Squad. To do this, ensure you are signed into a Squad.

  • Start your Snap as usual. On the 'Confirm details' screen, you’ll see a toggle 'Snap with Squad'. Leave the toggle ON to link your Snap to your Squad. Toggle OFF if you don’t want to share it.

  • Once the Snap is sent, it can't be unlinked from your Squad.

  • This Snap will appear in your Squad's and will count towards your Squad's stats.

A Snap can only be linked to a Squad before it's sent. It can't be linked after the fact.

Can I close or nudge another Squad member's Snap?

You can’t close or nudge another Squad member's Snap. Each Snap is managed individually by the Snapper who created it. If you notice an issue with a Snap, you can discuss it within your Squad or encourage the Snapper to take action.

Who can see my Snap if I add it to a Squad?

Only Snappers in your Squad can see your Snaps.
