Report ratings are an important part of the Snap Send Solve experience. Ratings are beneficial because they allow you to share your experience while providing authorities, who we call Solvers, with valuable feedback and kudos about their performance.
There are a couple of different ways to rate a report and provide feedback.
If you’re closing a report as solved or unsolved, you can rate it at the same time. Tap on History at the bottom of the app and select the relevant report. Select Close Snap and follow the prompts to rate the report.
If you don’t want to rate the report when you’re closing it, you can always rate your report at a later time. Tap on History at the bottom of the app, select the Closed tab and tap Rate Snap.
