Sometimes you need to make changes to report once it’s been sent. Unfortunately, Snap Send Solve reports can’t be edited once they’ve been sent.
The best way to update information in a report that’s already been sent is to contact the Solver assigned to your report and ask them to make your adjustments.
Alternatively, you can create a new report. Want to cancel your original report? You can do this in the app. Learn more about how to cancel a report.
