How do I cancel a report?
Learn how to cancel a report when you've made a mistake

Made a mistake in your report? No longer want it to be actioned? No problem — you can easily cancel your report.

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to update your Snap Send Solve app to version 10.0.0 or above. To update your app, visit the App Store or Google Play.

To cancel a report:

  1. Tap on the Reports tab at the bottom of the app

  2. Select the report you would like to cancel

  3. Tap the Close report button

  4. Select Cancel report and follow the steps to cancel the report
