How do I cancel a report?

Learn how to cancel a report when you've made a mistake

Made a mistake in your report? No longer want it to be actioned? No problem — you can easily cancel your report.

To cancel a report:

  1. Tap on the History tab at the bottom of the app

  2. Select the report you would like to cancel

  3. Tap on the Update button

  4. Select Cancel Snap and follow the steps to cancel the report
