Videos can help some solvers better understand the report you're making. Adding videos is quick and easy and helps tell the full story.
If a video can be attached to your report, you will be asked to add one after selecting the incident type. Adding a video is always optional.
You can record a video from the app, or add one from you library. Videos need to be 30 seconds or shorter, will include audio, and are limited to 1 video per report.
