Enabling Location Services on your device means you can send accurate geolocation information with your Snap Send Solve reports. This means when you create a report, we’ll automatically detect the location of the report. This ensures Solvers can easily identify the location of your issue and expedite its resolution.
To enable your Location Services on your device, please complete the following steps:
iOS device
Go to Settings on your device
Type Location into the search bar
Tap on Location
Scroll and tap on SnapSolve (Snap Send Solve) app from the app list
Select While Using the App or Always to allow Location Access
Android device
Go to Settings on your device
Type Location or Location Permission manager into the search bar
Scroll and tap on Snap Send Solve from the app list
Select While Using the App or Always to allow Location Access
