What is the Early Access Program and how do I access it?

For our most dedicated Snappers who have been accepted into the Early Access Program (EAP), you will have the opportunity to test new features before being released to the public.

This means you can install the beta version of Snap Send Solve, giving you access to explore new features and share feedback about your experience.

You'll know you're part of the Early Access Program if you've received an email from Snap Send Solve titled: Early Access August Update! Instructions Inside.

Follow these instructions to install the Beta app onto your phone:

Installing the Beta app on your phone

Using an iPhone

  1. Open the email from TestFlight and tap on the View in TestFlight button.

  2. Install TestFlight app from the App Store.

  3. Open TestFlight app and sign in using the redemption code provided.

  4. The Snap Send Solve Beta app will appear, 12.4.0 (2087)

  5. Tap on the INSTALL button. You will be asked to replace the current app with this new version. Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data.

6. Once downloaded, the button will change to OPEN. Tap on OPEN.

7. Tap Next.

8. Tap Start Testing.

9. Tap on Got it.

10. Create a new report, or find an existing report that you want to Share. Learn how to share a report.

11. Once you've tested sharing a Snap, we'd love to hear what you think. You can give feedback by tapping on the Share your feedback button in the email from Snap Send Solve titled Early Access August Update! Instructions Inside. Please complete feedback by the 25 September.

Using an Android phone

  1. Open Snap Send Solve in the Play Store and scroll down until you see the Join the beta section, and click Join.

  2. When the pop-up asks you to confirm, click Join again.

3. At the top of the page, beneath Uninstall and Open a message will read: “Beta signup in progress. It takes a few minutes.”

4. Wait a few minutes, and if the message is still present, close the Play Store and reopen it.

5. Go back to the Snap Send Solve app page – it should now titled Snap Send Solve (Beta).

6. An Update button will appear when the Beta is ready to download.

7. Click Update to install the Beta.

8. Open the Snap Send Solve app.

9. Create a new report, or find an existing report that you want to Share. Learn how to share a report.

10. Once you've tested sharing a Snap, we'd love to hear what you think. You can give feedback by tapping on the Share your feedback button in the email from Snap Send Solve titled Early Access August Update! Instructions Inside. Please complete feedback by the 25 September.
